Inspired by the 50s/60s/70s music that I like to listen to while I paint, I give titles themed to oldies music—a nod to my process.

This is one of the “texture twins.” It is full of life with its wide variety of texture. The minimal use of colors help give this lively piece some calm but it’s still full of spunk so I gave it a name that suited its personality, Hot Stuff by Donna Summer.

Note: All work comes varnished in a matte sheen, signed on the back, includes a certificate of authenticity, and is ready to hang with d-rings and hanging wire on the back. This piece is affixed to a handmade 2.5" deep wood frame for a modern appeal (not professionally framed so any irregularities present are due to being handmade)
